紧急医疗服务
The 艾尔文社区学院 EMS Program program is designed to prepare students for a career in emergency medical services.
The courses in the ACC EMS Program lead to certification(s) in EMT, AEMT, and 护理人员.
The program is set up in a simple 4 step process:
- Students successfully completing the first semester take the NREMT certification exam 获得emt基础认证.
- Students completing the second semester may take the NREMT certification exam to earn 高级EMT认证.
- Students completing the final two semesters take the NREMT certification exam to earn 护理人员证书.
- Students who also successfully complete all the above along with the additional general
education courses will earn an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Emergency
Medical Services, which broadens and heightens the student’s career opportunity and 可移植性.
*note all certification courses must be taken in order.

The demand is high for EMTs and paramedics and will continue to increase as the population grows.

To prepare competent entry-level 护理人员s in the cognitive (knowledge), psychomotor (skills), and affective (behavior) learning domains with exit points at the Advanced Emergency Medical Technician, Emergency Medical Technician, and Emergency Medical 应答器的水平.

The most current CoAEMSP Annual Report was for the calendar year 2022.
The most recent success rate for the National Registry for EMT 护理人员/State Written 考试成绩为60%.
